Free Domestic Shipping

​

All domestic Spain and Portugal orders over €80 for in-stock items are shipped free of charge.
Please allow two business days to fulfill and issue you a a tracking number (unless there is a red delayed date posted in the product description). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within 2–3 business days.

Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.

We offer the possibility of sending our products anywhere in the world. Delivery costs are indicated throughout the payment process, depending on the country selected.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Portugal)

• Free standard shipping in all orders over 80€

• Standard shipping: 5 € (for 1 item extra 5 for second item)

ZONE 01 (Spain, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland,  and United Kingdom)

• Free standard shipping in orders over 100 €

• Standard shipping:  Clothing-5€ (for 1 item extra 5 for second item) Grips-10€

ZONE 02 (Australia, U.S.A, New Zeland, Canada, Israel, Japan & Others)

• Free standard shipping in orders over 150 €

• Standard shipping: 10,00 € (for 1 item extra 5 for second item)

On purchases destined for non E.U. countries, or those belonging that are not in the VAT territory, VAT will not be applied to prices shown on the website. However on receipt of the order taxes, duties or charges corresponding to these regions may have to be paid.

Delivery Times

​

All orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a business day we aim to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. However, some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. No orders will be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Your order will be shipped via standard shipping. If you are interested in a specific shipping method, please feel free to contact us via the contact page, before the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs and delivery days vary according to your country of residence:

• Portugal : allow 2-3 working days.

• EU Countries : allow 3-5 working days.

NOTE: ALTO Grip does not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

International Shipping

​

We ship anywhere outside the domestic Spain using Fedex. Rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. Fedex also requires that the recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

Returns

​

To start the process, click the button in your Shipping or Delivery confirmation email. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of having received it. There are some exceptions, though.
